~£350 single speed options

See my favourite currently is the Mango with drop bars, everything black with a loud coloured frame.

I have ridden a 2014 Plug and liked it (one for sale @ £280.00 in my LBS) which has been tempting...

This in the fixe world where style is just as important as substance I would have that in a heart beat it is a beautiful bike! To many of the others just look like modern rode bikes stripped of there gubbins this looks like a throw back to the right era.
 
If there is anything left in the budget I'd look at upgrading the tyres if it comes with Kenda Kriteriums (as per the first photo). I had a set on my bike when I got it and thought "how bad can they be?" the answer... very! Puncture prone and ride like rubbish.

I only bought budget replacements (Michelin Lithion 2) but they are miles better.

Bike looks great though, almost exactly the colour scheme I'd have gone for assuming black forks wouldn't have cost extra.
 
It is deceptive because of the design of the forks. If you take a straight line through the middle of the headtube down to the front hub there is a bit of offset there.
