£350 spec me

I already have the following which I'm willing to keep. The big debate is wether I keep the X2 or switch to Intel.

Tagan 580W Power Supply
2x1GB Corsair PC6400 RAM
asus msn32 sli deluxe (AM2)
6000X2
Zalman CPU Fan, big beefy thing
Hard Drive
Keyboard, Mouse, OS, Monitor
Crappy case
Exploded 1900XT

Is it worth switching the CPU/Mobo combo for a cheapish intel equivalent? What Graphics card should I be going for? Is the ram still up to scratch?

I use the computer for gaming/photoshop/video

I was thinking of keeping

RAM/PSU/Hard Drives/ Monitor/Keyboard/Mouse and going for fresh with the rest

2 more GB of RAM and a 4800 series GPU

then if your MB is phenomII compatable a phenomII if video means viedo editing and encoding

well what i would buy in your shoes is..
4870 1gb
2x2gb of ram kit, id prolli match it to your existing ram and have 6gb (only worth it if you have 64bit os)
