₤350 versus Zotac AD04

I'm seriously considering Zotac AD04 box for HTPC/Mame/some-general-purpose PC.

However, is it possible to get more power for the same money ?

The config of AD04 i'm planning has 2x4gb 1333 ram and 128gb Samsung 830 ssd drive. Which leaves more like ₤213-215.

What can be had for that ? In as small a factor as possible.

Mostly makes sense, however power wise its exactly the same.
My main issue with E450 is CPU power.

Been looking at cases, Thermaltake Element Q has wrong size posted. Even at ThermalTake website the size is definitely wrong. Judging by NewEgg product demo on YouTube its at least 3x bigger than what is in the specs...

It's more expensive, but check out the ZBox ID82. Sandy Bridge power in a nettop.

I've considered it and rejected it.
Anyway, i've dropped this nettop thing altogether.
Now trying to get a proper HTPC for same money.
Much bigger size wise, but much more capable in all aspects...
