350D getting a tad too warm

I'll quickly set the scenario.

Corsair 350D with 2 x AF120 Quiet front intake, 1 x AF120 Quiet at the rear, and 2 x SP120 Quiet on the H100i pushing out through the top.

Spec is in my sig - here is an older pic but still relevant (PSU now swapped for a Corsair HX750)

Idle temps:

CPU = 33 33 31 31
GPU = 38

Playing BF4/Watchdogs/TitanFall temps:

CPU = 53 55 52 53
GPU = 67

Now whilst those temps do not worry me in the slightest, especially as the 670 still stays less than 70º, the side window of my case adjacent to the 670 gets quite hot to touch, to the point where I expect it to melt one day haha. Also, because the hot air rises, if I put my hand over the top of the case where the air is being pushed out through the H100i, it's very warm indeed. The entire case is stupidly warm after about an hour's gaming.

Can you see any further options in terms of cooling, I know I bought an MATX case and I shouldn't expect miracles, but i'm half tempted to upgrade to a 750D or 540 Air for the additional room and better air flow options.

Any input appreciated as always.

Thanks
Jim

I've gone with SP120 fans in the front, as the plate that is normally there is fairly restrictive so need that air really pushed in. Other than that, not a lot of options for change. You could experiment with the rad in the front and a couple of AF140's up top to really get rid of that hot air.

Take the side panel off. Not a great option I know but I run it like that as it helps massively with the heat my 7970 spews into the case. Also with my setup my front fans have to pull air through the front, then through the filter and push it through a 240 radiator.

In terms of cooling the 350D is quite poor imo.

could try cable tying a fan just in front of the gpu on top of the hdd cage so it's creating more a direct channel of cooler air from the front to the gpu and out the back inbetween psu and bottom of card.
I don't know how good or bad the those corsair fans are never used them do they push much air ? the side shouldn't be getting that hot surely.

Also are you using all of the slots in the smaller HDD caddy? As they do clip off. It's just they block part of the top fans air flow.

2 of the SSD bays are populated yeah, tempted to take them caddies off and just have the SSD tucked away around the back ... I wanted to put the 3.5 disk in a 5" bay adaptor but the tubing off the H100i is a bit too tough to get it in ...

Really tempted to sack it off and upgrade to the 750D lol
