350w antec psu enough for this setup?

Im upgrading my parents PC over the next couple of weeks and am wondering if their old antec smartpower 350watt will have enough juice for the following system

Athlon 64 3800
MSI K8N Neo 4
Geforce 6200 LE
80g Samsung Hdd

Im running a a64 3000
agp 6800
2 80gb hard drives
dvd rw and cd rw
few other bits

Everything is fine

I had a 4000+ @ 3ghz, X1800XT, 2x 250GB HDDs, DVD-R, DVD and sundries running on a 400W, you will be more than fine.

I concur, that PSU will power that fine.
