3570k to 3770k

My system is Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
i5-3570k overclocked to 4.0
16gb ram
Radeon HD 6670

is it worth getting an i7 3770k
I am planning to overclock to same as 3570k

Its not for games but generally to speed up the system and for when I am editing short videos and photos.

seen non come up on here for a while now, best i have seen is £182 inc delivery else where.
Then would sell mine

The 3770k will be quicker than a 3570k. I just upgraded my rig from a 3770k due to mobo and psu failure but idk if i can sell on here yet
