Hey guys I know there has already been threads about this so sorry for that.

What is the safe voltage for 3570k for 24/7 overclock?

I have a great cooler with lots of extra fans so temps shouldn't be a problem :)

Some say 1.3v is max but then I see other people with over 1.4?

Thanks for any help

Giny :)

well sandybridge was 1.425v so for ivy id keep it below 1.4 just incase.

the temperature will stop you before you reach 1.4 anyway unless you do some drastic modifications to the chip.

Hey I got the chip at 4.7mhz 1.325v and I'm thinking this is as high as I will take it.

I did try 4.8mhz 1.4v but it wasn't stable and I didn't want to put that much through it anyway.

Temperatures don't seem to be a probem for me :) I have a really cold bedroom and one of them phanteks giant coolers with lots of extra fans in my case.

how long did you test for? what temp did it reach?

I got a screen shot here running 4.7mhz for an hour of prime highest it got to was 71c.

Also worth mentioning that my case fans were at 50% so there is more cooling if I need it.
