360 3 year warranty?

hi,
I bought my 360 last nov from a shop. Will it be covered with the 3 year warranty?

Did those people who purchased extra warranty (when it was initially only 1 years) all get a refund?

People who paid for repairs outside of warranty are definitely getting refunds. Not sure about extended warranties.

My mate asked this a week or so ago about his 360 and was told no he cant get a refund. He was told by the shop as it only covers the RROD failure its not the same, as the shop one he got covers everything including accidental damage. It may vary from store to store though
