360 Arcade Classics Vol.1 Question...

So you can now buy a CD with 8 of the arcade classic games on it for a fixed price instead of buying the games online via the points system. My question is this:

Can you transfer the games off the CD onto the hard drive or do you need the CD in the drive all the time?

I would hate to think I would need the CD inserted all the time as its so bloomin loud when its being accessed

You need the dvd in to play them.

I guess since they can't use the xbox live method to check that you own the games, they make it so that you need the disc.

Well I just hope that the accessing of the disk is kept to a minimum

i guess its to stop the "one guy passes around his dvd to everyone he knows" therefore microsoft lose money - shame though
