Hi folks...

I currently work for a well know Supermarket... Anyway, im leaving in 3 weeks, so the staff discount will run out then.
It's currently 15% for the xmas time.

Xbox 360 Premium = £279.99

15% discount = £238

I also have £15 worth of gift vouchers.

= £223

AND

I have accumalated £35 worth of points from the loyalty card!

= £188

So there you have it, an XBOX Premium for £188... Is it just plain wrong for me to not rush out and buy one in the next few days?

Im still trying to convince myself!

I have a DS and obsessively play Mario Advance 2 & Mario Advance 3 til I can complete them.

I don't play too many games in general...Although I fear the 360 may be used exclusively for ONLINE Burnout revenge...

Is it true I dont need any wires to connect to XBOX LIVE? As I have a wireless router already?

Also, what games can I use from XBOX?

You could even sell it on and make a profit if you didnt like it, no reason at all not to buy one at that price.

If you dont get one for £188 then you dont really want one. Save your money for something you really want. Im happy with my 360 :D

upgrade your rig :) the 360 is lacking good games atm

Um look at his sig not really much point in doing that. As for the 360 go for it same good games and Gears of war is out soon and PES 6.

The PC is lacking good games...
Battlefield 2142 and Company of Heroes have been the strongest releases in the last 6 months. Add Oblivion to that list and you have the strongest releases of the last 12!

Can I question the logic of using £50 in vouchers on a xbox 360 and then calculating its full price after that? I assume you work for a supermarket that sells stuff other than 360's and could potentially use your £50 on beer?

I dont really like beer lol, besides, i'd spend £50 on beer , end up drinking it and having nothing left to show for it :D

Hmmm buying a wireless adaptor...

I've read you can use a Wireless USB adaptor like a Netgear WG111?
Which I happened to have one spare, is that true?

Think im gonna buy it :D

You can't use usb adaptors, you will have to buy a wireless ethernet bridge or access point which cost about £30.
