360 chats help

got myself and 360 elite, but i cant chat with anyone, i'll invite them it say invitation sent but thats it. They accept, but it still say invitation sent and none of us can hear each other.

Voice messeages works perfectly but chat doesn't, any ideas?

check your NAT settings on your router, and try to forward the ports the 360 uses.

Ive had this problem when my NAT settings are set to strict. its weird :s
