Hi I don't know if any one can help with this problem but it would be great if you can, the thing is every time I turn my 360 on it cuts all my Internet connection off on everything it does this every single time for the last 2 days, up until then it's been fine, and on the modem the broad band and wireless lights will flash red then after about a minute they will turn blue then I can connect ok. But then it will go off on the first game of black ops I join for some reason. When my 360 is off my connection is fine with everything else.

Does any one have any ideas how I can fix this ?

Many thanks.

Very strange. Does it do it when you first boot up your PC as well? If it does it for all devices I'd suggest its a faulty router. If it dosnt then try disconnecting your PC and 360 and plugging the PC ethernet cable into the Lan port on the router your 360 was using and do a cold boot on your PC. If it disconnects then I would suggest that particular Lan port on the router has developed a problem. All this is assuming your using a wired connection of course. If you're on wireless all I can suggest is you try rebooting the router although I doubt that would solve it, it might be worth a try.

Hope this helps friend.

Hi thanks for your reply, the pc is working ok in every port and every other device works ok, just the xbox cuts my connection off every time wired or wireless, it was fine up till a few days ago do you think it could be the xbox it's self ?

Thanks for your help ;)

Well it sounds like you've eliminated the router so it could possibly be the Xbox. The only other thing I can suggest now is if you have a friend with an Xbox get them to bring it round to your house and connect it up and see if it happens with their machine, If it doesn't it must be something to do with your actual machine. If it does it is your internet connection.

Apart from that I'm fresh out of ideas I'm afraid, although hopefully some other users on here with a little more technical knowledge than myself will be able to help. Sorry I can't be of much more help but I do hope you get it fixed friend.
