360 console registration

So when you get recon 360 and you go to copnsole registration it says console is already registered.

Does this matter?

When this one dies I just give them the number but it wont be registered to me?

I'm sure that Microsoft would have taken note of the new ID number on the current 360. If not then your original ID number should have records on it to say that it's been repaired/replaced.

If you are unsure then it's always free to call and find out.

I was wondering, now that Microsoft have my name and xbox 360 serial number from when i rang them to repair mine, does this mean the new/repaired one i recieve will be registered?
