360 controller light flashes when computer is turned off

Anyone know how to stop this without unplugging the controller? It's a stupid feature.

Mine doesn't and never has (wired) :/

My wireless one for my 360 does when the battery is low though.

Mine doesn't either. It only lights up when I use it, not when I turn on the PC

I assume you mean a wired controller since you say 'unplug it'. I will test this out.

I would, if I could find my wired controller :/

Click the battery compartment open then close it if it's a wireless. Or plug it into a usb port that does not have constant power even when PC is off. <--- If it's wired

Because USB ports always have power? I have xmas lights attached via USB and they still flash when PC is turned off but mains is on.

I dont think you can m8, I think you need to power down and switch the mains off :/

Think most people just unplug the pads tbh.

You can configure if the ports on my asus mobo have power on power down or not - have a check of your manuals.
