360 + CRT

Im running my 360 on a 17" Dell CRT. Im having a problem with resolutions though. I was testing them all on PGR3. Anything that forces the monitor into widescreen makes everything look crushed in and horrible. There are 3 resolutions left, 640x480, 1024x768 and 1280x1024.Now the problem with the last two is that when I set it to this resolution, during a race in PGR3, all the sides are heavily blurred. Like motion blur is jsut stuck on almost. The only resolution this doesnt happen in is 640x480. Anyone know what is causing this?

It's a known issue with 4:3 monitors, PGR3 and Oblivion both do it.

New monitor the only real way around it then?

Sod it. I'll get that cheap 19" WS Acer.
