Am I about to become a victim of the MS syndrome?

In fairness this has happened 4 or 5 times, mainly on my 2nd hand Dead Rising, but also to Forza 2.

Generally an eject and reload sorts it, but is this the start of the end (consoles less than a month old too)

Take the console back to the shop you bought it from.

i have this problem on my dead rising disk aswell but its in mint condition

also on crackdown but the kids got to that

Your Drive is borked, take it back asap and get a refund or another console.
