360 display

Anyone else had their 360 just stop displaying anything on screen? And or the machine power up, but just have a low hum fan noise and no HDD or CD noise of note?

Think after a week of trying, the old girl has gone to rest

Occasionally mine doesnt shut down fully even when I use the button on the 360. It just sits there fans running. I have to turn it off and power it up again.

i only get that when im charging up my 360 pad

Have you enabled it to download when the power is off?
The system will off but the fans continue on low until the downloads have finished.
