360 DVD Playback and Ticking Noise?

Hey all,

Recently set up an Amp and Speaker system for my setup, CD's play fine through the CD player, dvds etc play fine on the PS3, and Games seem to play fine on the 360.

But when I tried to watch a DVD on the 360 last night there was a strange "Tick Tick Tick" like a clock coming through the speakers, even when I paused, or stopped the dvd. The sound was not to loud but loud enough that you can hear it on quiet sections of the DVD, which is annoying! I tried reseating the wires etc but to no avail, anyone have any idea what is causing this or how I can stop it?

Have you got a wireless router near by? Turn that off to rule that out.

Got the WiFi dongle... Will try taking it out later and see what happens!

Ok I have checked it again, games play fine without the noise and DVDs still make it, even if I unplug the Wifi/Disconnect the Pad etc it still keeps ticking.... Any ideas why it would just be DVD's?

Watching them on the PS3 at the moment but I prefer the 360 as the PS3 gets a little to warm if I use it to long!
