360 Ethernet Port Borked :(

Has anyone else had their 360 ethernet port decide to die on them? We had a wicked storm about a week or so ago and ever since then the 360 nor the PC worked wired connection I've tested the router and got a new one the PS3 is fine wireless and wired (It was always connected wirelessly but I checked it to see if the device will work with the ethernet ports). Will I be able to send this back and get another 360 or is this it I'm going to have to buy a new one? It works fine all bar the internet which is a massive shame.
 
Depends how old your 360 is, if it's less than a year then MS will certainly replace it, if it's older then i'm not so sure. Only one way to find out, give em a ring.

It's a lot older than a year I've had it since 2006, but I've had to send it back maybe 6 months ago with a ROD failure. I will try to give them a ring, any idea what the opening times are?
