360 extending warranty

I cant find the bits of paper that came with the console. Anyone know how i go about extending the warranty without them?

Ah, I rang the number from the site but it sounded like a technical support line.

Yeah all you need to do is give them a ring and if you have already registered your console then they'll have all your details and it can be setup instantly.. if not you just have to give them your details and your console details, then they can sort it out for you. It's all pretty straightforward, you don't need the original paperwork, they didn't even ask for proof of purchase, just when I bought the console.

I just rang them, they were helpful actually and I didn't have to wait more than about 5-10mins for someone to answer.

The number I used is the one listed on their FAQ: 0800 587 1102

I am sure you could only extended withing 14 days, unless you bought it recently, ring up.

Right up until the day your first year runs out. You can even fill the form in so they dont take payment until that day.

Yeah I know I can hear it running from here , I think it must just be the fans I can hear as your downloading from market place.

All done, I was two months away from it being out of warranty and cant really afford a replacement
