Just checked the GAME, most of the game price droped to 39.99 :p
Well, I think action can be linked to HACK new this morning.
Keep going, HACK team. :p

I tho0ught most online stores were selling games at £39.99? I know the place I order mine from have been for ages. Tesco have been selling them at £39.97 for quite some time too.

if you mean GAME then they have always been overpriced at £44.99 or £49.99 on xbox 360 games its not they have cut the prices its that they have reduced there prices to meet all the other places who are selling at this price

Would never buy from game, was in store yesterday and graw was £49.99, i bought it for 39.99 online.

Yeah I have ordered mine from well known online shops, but now I will buy all my new releases from tesco as I can walk in and get them on release day, pay 3p less ;) and get club card points which are better than game points ;)

ah but ordering online often gets you the game the day or two before release day :p :D

Game are a rip off, i traded in the other day DOA4, had a £10 voucher and decided to get FN3, i was still charged £17  even after trading in DOA4 and using the £10 voucher. The game itself was selling for £50, what a complete and utter freakin rip off. Tbh i wont be using them again to buy any games, just a shame that theres no gamestation close to me or else id be going there as they seem to be a bit more reasonable to me.

what gets me, is that the preowned games sell at 5 pounds(45 quid) more than the same game new online ;/

Just dont buy from them.,.. eventually they will have to lower prices if no one uses them.

Nice theory there sherlock but sadly that wont work, due to the noobs out there that will pay the stupidly high prices therefore keeping them in business:p.

One thing I do like about game, more than any other store is their returns policy.

I think the best thing to do is buy from game, see if you like it... then order offline and then take the game back to game. If the price is about the same though, I usually keep the game from game :)

Anyone know how much HMV are charging instore for 360 Games? See online there £39.99 and i have a £10 instore voucher so could pick up a game for £30 if they are the same as online.
