360 games region encoded?

Wondered if I could buy any in the States and they would work on my UK(PAL) 360? :confused:

Some are not region locked, there is a list on the Play-Asia site if you look

So from the list I think the following are okay to buy and bring back...

Amped 3
Call of Duty 2
Condemned: Criminal Origins
Dead or Alive 4
Gun
Quake 4
Tony Hawk's American Wasteland

Shame I don't want any of these, I already have COD2. Is Condemned worth getting if I can find it really cheap there?
