360 graphics problem bad?

i was playing black ops for about 5 hours last night and i got this wierd graphics only on this map on black ops and only if i was standing a certain distance from this building.The 360 is a new slim premium bought in november.

Playing from hd , if I go closer it went away , appeared at a certain distance, it never did it again after that
