360 Hard Drive Failure

If I were to suffer a hard drive failure on my 360, would I lose all my Marketplace downloads, such as games etc? Or would I be allowed to re-download them?

Game saves would be gone, but you can re-download anything you've previously bought/downloaded from the marketplace.
