360 hd-dvd drive has built in memory?

Just noticed this tonight when i went to the memory settings in my 360, hd-dvd drive was listed as having 192mb of ram. :confused:

Probably used for buffering purposes just never noticed it before and ive had it since december,

I think it's for saving custom bookmarks and the interactive HD-DVD features.
