360 headset wont work :(

Hi there i have my new prem bundle and when i plug the headset into the wireless controllor i dont get any sounds in game tryed 4 games now, but online i can hear speech and talk my self. So why wont it work in game? need to enable anything?

It's not meant to work in single player it's only meant for speech that's why there's only 1 earpiece.

The headset works purely with speech, no sounds. Get into a chat and itll work.
