360 help

hi all,

my bro has one of these 360's

The white one!

His TV has HDMI slot , but the 360 has no HDMI slot

any way of getting the best picture still?

Only the very latest 360s have HDMI. Use Component (the three red/green/blue plugs) - does 720p and 1080i HD.

Just use the supplyed component leads red/green/blue ones and run it that way.

okay the standard cable has been connected since my bro got it , do i need to change settings on the 360??

It'll default to 576p. Change it in the system settings if you have an HDTV.

And also flip the switch to hdtv on the lead.

If the tv has an HDMI port then it might also have a VGA port.

I'd recommend the xbox360 VGA cable over component - sharper image on screen.
