So guys after yours died did you guys get an emails saying its being shipped back or that its complete or did it just appear?

Mine just appeared. Bang on 2 weeks after they first picked it up. It came with a letter telling me what they'd done to it.

Mine just appeared. I went out and bought an Elite, and 2 days later it showed up without warning. Typical.

This was before you could arrange a repair online.

Yeh me too. Mine died last weekend so took the opportunity to buy an Elite.
Plus they told me wait time for repair was 28 days. Can't be waiting that long, especially over Xmas

Its kind of strange that they don't bother telling you its on its way back, they could at least drop people an email mine just showed up to.
