I am running a laptop and desktop on a wireless network, all on DHCP and when I turn the 360 on it knocks both of those off the network. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Do you have a network bridge on your wireless network?

It looks like the 360 isn't sharing well.

I don't think I can allocate one to the work laptop as it's locked down DHCP but I suppose it's only the 360 that really needs locking down, if it has it's own IP address it won't go to the router to look for one. I'll give that a try, thanks.

I use a gaming adaptor, connected to a hub for my PC's connected upstairs, I'd have liked to connect my 360 to the hub too, but when I do, it does not pick up the network at all. So in order to get things working, I have to swap the gaming adaptor from the hub to the 360. Bit of a pain.
