360 Locking up playing from HDD?

Hey guys, just a small problem I encountered the last few days, not sure if anyone else has had it?

I was playing UFC yesterday from the HDD, same as Monday, and after 2-3 hours it started locking up, locked up 4 times, then tried to reinstall and it wouldn't, played it from the disk straight off and it worked absolutely fine, thought hmm, ok, tried to reinstall the game, no luck, got o 34% and crashed out again, called MS to query it, and ended up putting my 20GB hdd back in and trying that, installed and went fine, played for about 10 hours yesterday after that!

Put it on today, played maybe 10 matches online, and it froze again, tried again, and froze, and played fine off disk.

Really not sure whats going on? I've moved the power pack to a less clostrophobic position and hoping that might be something to do with it, otherwise my xbox is killing hard drives for some reason! :(

Any ideas/experiences with things like this?

happening to me also, emailed xbl support and they just said phone us but what will they say other than make sure you turn it off and back on again. pfft.
 
Is this relating to UFC too? or just getting the same errors mate?

I actually called them yesterday thinking it was a faulty hard drive, now I know its my xbox on the way out (again) if its locking up on the way in and intermittently when left on dash :(

Just given up playing UFC with monkeh as the game locks up on me for a past time.

But as you know Tim other stuff does for me as well, booting to dash being the biggest culprit. Wish the thing would hurry up and croak.
 
I'd be worried it was a disk issue if it wasn't for it being over 2 HDD's, too :( Just gonna have to pull the spare out of hiding and go for that!
