is there anyway to get .mkv or .ts files to play through the 360?

TVersity and other various encoding on the fly programs will make them work.

But the 360 itself without 3rd party software will not play those files.

Or just recode them with something like the Videora 360 Convertor.

Definately a better long term fix, As it means you won't need to be running tversity all the time, and once a file is re encoded, it's for life not just christmas
