360 optical connection

Can i use optical out of premium box or do i need another lead?

premium comes with the optical out lead, assuming your amp can accept the toslink connection then you should be fine

An optical cable does not come with the 360 from what I am aware, so you'll have to get yourself an optical cable and connect it to your surround amp / reciever to get that working.
