360 Panorama

I have a 360 degree panoramic shot with i can view in a quick time player, zoom in and out /go left or right etc.

Do you know how i can upload this photo/video so other people online see it?

The file size is 164MB.

Photobucket won't accept it because it is to large.
DivX can't shrink it because it does not recognise the file format.

The file type is a MOV file.

Cant you export another copy, but this time move the quality slider all the way down.
