360/PC VGA share?

I'm fed up of not being able to play on the 360 whilst the mrs watches eastenders street, so I want to be able to move the 360 into the dining room sometimes.I have a decent widescreen monitor and a VGA cable, but the monitor only has one input and I dont want the hassle of unpugging/pluggin in the monitor as its quite unaccessible. I'm sure you must be able to get some sort of switcher/splitter but I dont know the correct term so I'm struggling to find what I need :/

Any help? A product and manufacturer name would be ideal

In fact in the reviews someone mentiones they use it for just this prupose!

Thats the exact model I have.

Its powered quite happily by the 360 ands can be manually switched by a button on the top. I picked mine up from a large high street computer chain that I can't meantion.

My first one died after 2 weeks though and it does lock up occasionally which requires it to be reset (pull out both USB leads) so its not perfect but of the solutions i've tried its the only one that hasn't been sent back.

You will need a VGA gender changer if you go for one though. I think mine was £4.99 off another high street OCUK competetor.

EDIT- I tried a VGA splitter / switch box but it completely ruined the picture quality.

USB port on the back of the 360 assuming you havent got a wireless adapter already in it.

oh right.

Its starting to sound complicated - I might buy a 2nd 360 core and just transfer the hard disk instead!

LOL. Not complicated in the slightest..... and about £190 cheaper than a second 360!
