Should I have had a Xbox Live headset with my premium console?

I purchased from new back in October/November

just having a look about now, I don't remember seeing it but it was 6 months ago.... Did it come in a plastic sealed box like the controller?

I bought an extra wireless controller and it came with a headset in the same package. Can't remember if they were packaged together with the premium.

One comes with the camera as well, so if you were thinking about that deal it'd be worth it. (camera, headset, uno, robotron, 200 points, 1 years gold and totemball (utter pants) for £50).
