I am fairly sure this is for USA only as they did not get a price cut when we did last. Also the 360 is staring to lose ground in its home market (USA) so the price drop is needed there. Seriously doubt we will get any announced for Europe at E3 (although maybe some different SKUs or something).

I think it will only be a US drop but it's not very fair still 
the US price will be $300 while the UK price is £200, i don't see why we should be paying 25% more, all they have to do is throw in a UK plug and change the software region.
I'm in the market for a 360 at the moment so i might hold off to see if there will be anything announced before E3.

Some states in the US don't pay tax but you have to pay 17.5% VAT on everything. You don't honestly think Microsoft would sell it for 17.5% less in the UK to make it 1:1 with the US? However, like you said it's 25% more expensive here so the extra +-8% does suck :/
