I tried to play a couple of downloaded arcade games last nigh, feeding frenzy and astropop. Both games came up and said I needed Pal-60 but was on Pal-50. However I catually connect my 360 to a widescreen monitor using VGA so this should be immaterial and I can also not see a way of changing this setting and don't easily have access where the 360 is to connect it to a TV. Am I missing something.

I had this with Top spin, and was using the VGA cable to the TV..

Had to put in the original cable > scart and then turn the xbox on, go into the screen options and change to PAL-60.

Then plugged the VGA cable back in and it worked fine..

Wierd as before i changed it, the overview of display settings said 1280*768 PAL60.. but it didn't work...

yeah a few games moan even though your using vga. just change to the composite cable for a sec to change it and jobs a gooden

if you play any xbox 1 games you may need to change it back to pal 50 to download the updates for them. though some like halo 2 dont always moan about it
