360 - project 8 help

im currently doing some challanges in the slum.

Im doing the classic challange called "Hot date", i have to collect a secret disk, now this disk is next to a crate that is hanging in mid air by a wire.

I have tried everything to get up to it but no idea how to get up there, once im up there there is a huge ramp as well but i just cant find out how to get up there
!!help!
 
I'm not 100% sure, I'm there myself atm, but could you get up there the same way you do Bam's pro challenge?
 
Dont know, but whilst im in this thread, maybe you can help tell me how to unlock the school? Im stuck on the main street bit and ive done almost all of the missions and I still cant move on. :confused:

you get a mission with an old army person hes near the city hall i think
 
Without watching the video again, are you sure there isn't something he does earlier in the run that opens the door. Grinds something special, where he jumps over the fire and then backtracks or... or... something? :D

I really need to get up there too - so I'll have a go myself tonight (although I am terrible at the game), but if you find out what it is - let me know too :D

nope tried it all, it seems open all the time because you can sort of see it open at the start of the video
 
Wow, YouTube has some awesome videos of people doing the Classic challenges at Sick level. I always though that woul dbe impossible so only bother going for pro, not sure I am good enough to get Sick, might try it on some of the earlier levels though, the Slums one looks hard.

You're clearly not as bad as me - I haven't even got amature on any of them yet :( My biggest combo ever was 50,000 and that was by accident :o
 
I'm probably even worse at the game my biggest combo was also around 50k by accident and I have no idea how people can manage to get a high score of 100k, combo of 50k and do all the rest of the stuff in the challenges in around 2 minutes.

The game is still great tho :)

Watch that video, it shows you how.

My highest combo was 600k, and that was by doing a stall on a lip (Hold RT + Y) and just do loads of moves on there (double tapping XX, then YY, then BB over and over) to build the combo up to like x30 or something, then jump off doing a nail the trick, then manual and do a few more tricks, then I landed it to make sure I didn't lose it all :)

no it doesnt because the gap where he goes into to get onto the roof has a shutter down it and i dno how to open it!!

my highest combo is about 200k

i passed bams challange and it still hasnt opened :s
