360/PS3 Summer Releases

Anything I would like to play on the Ps3 list is already out or coming out at the same time on 360, I find that shocking given the support the ps2 had.

The only exception is Heavenly sword and I would mostly be getting that to show off the gfx to people as the gameplay looks a little stale tbh.
 
Actually thinking on it, it seems the PS boys are getting a raw deal with the amount of good titles coming out for the PS3. Shocked/surprised that since the PS3 has been out for some time that there arent really any major big titles that are out now.

With the 360 we had a few launch titles which were quite good but a few months later....it picked up with some great titles being released.
 
Makes me laugh really, as nobody has played any of the games yet, and seem to be able to pass judgement regardless.

I would laugh if all the exclusives for both consoles turned out to be stinkers, and Madden ended up being the best game of all :D

Hmm I must have missed them, as I bored to tears with the 360's games from March - September. And then the only reason they seemed to get better was due to the being exclusive to the 360 at that time.

Even if the games are not stinkers, Madden will indeed be better than them all. :D

PS3 is £400+ well spent as far as I'm concerned. The Wii, I don't think I'd get my money's worth if I only spent £100 on it. :p

Probably, thats what happens when you dont pay attention or keep your blinkers on...in either case not a smart thing to do.

I thought PGR3 and Condemned were great launch titles personally. The original Madden on the 360 was another superb release but damn that game was the easiest 1000pts ive ever had the pleasure of attaining..same with NFS MW.

what?, its only been out 12 weeks in europe yet the 360 has been out nearly 17months, lol. Infact both the ps1 and ps2 has slow sales to start but look what became of them.

I agree that to think there should be blockbuster games out so soon on PS3 is a bit over optimistic, but with regards to the PS1 and PS2 and how they turned out. There sales were slow to start but their rivals sales were slower and that isn't happening this time round.
