360 Quick Charge Kit release date?

Anyone know when the bugger below is released?

Right now I'm cycling between 2 pairs of high capacity sony rechargables which work a treat as I have a continuous power supply for the controller, but I'd like to actually use those in my camera now. I can't seem to find that quick charge kit anywhere atm, and I prefer that over the play and charge one.

i have spooted those on ebay from usa.do you know if they will work with pal xbox's

They are mains powered so if you buy from the US then it will come with a US mains adapter.
