360 Rad Recommendations

I have a limited budget so I am looking at the xspc ex360 or the magicool pro iii 360.

Does anyone have any thoughts on these rads?

I have had a few magicool pro iii 360's and there very good but you do need to get a pack of m3 washers for 99p as the screws that come with the rad are very small headed
