360 Redlight Return Question

Do Microsoft send out a box to return it in now? reason im asking is it says on the screen that you will be emailed when empty box is sent to you. Though my friend said he needed his own. So can anyone confirm there recent policy?

Don't think they've provided boxes for a while now. I certainly had to provide my own for my last return.

You provide the packaging. You only get a label to print out from Microsoft.
