So what's it like now? Did the falcon revision improve things?

Possibly too early to tell. I would have thought there will end up being some improvement, only time will tell how much.

The falcons run massively cooler than the zephyrs and the launch boards. So that should at least improve the RROD by a huge amount. DVD failure is still possible but I don’t think the 360 had a major problem with that anyway.
