360 Repair Query

Pretty much.

Both times I've also printed a short description of the symptoms and bunged it in the box as well.

Dunno if it effects anything they do, but only takes 30 seconds of my time, and can't do any harm.

so the only thing i need to print off is the label ?

Then i write my Name, Address and the service number on the box ?

I can't remember, but I just followed the instructions from the email they sent me. Read that.

Your name and address should be on the label you print off? I think...

Follow the email they sent you to the word, and you wont go far wrong.
