360 repair

can any 1 tell me how i go about sending my 360 off for repair ??
ive done the relevant stuff online and recived an e-mail with a ups return lable
but not sure what i have to do now ?

box it up (any box will do), stick the label on the front and give ups a ring.

i was waiting for the rrod but i got the plaese insert 360 disk
the laser must be dieing sometimes the game can load perfect other times its takes 20 times to get a game to run but once the game is running its fine :s

Try leaving it plugged in over night. You'll probs get it then
