360 replacement question

UPS came and collected my 360 to go back to ms for repair yesterday,i was just woundering is there anyway i can check the progress with microsoft?,or will the repaired console appear on my doorstep in a few weeks?

You can't check progress and turnaround is currenty 25 days.

Yeah, just have to wait im afraid. Turnaround times are always changing so you may get it back sooner or later.
Mine was collected on Monday morning and returned thursday afternoon.

I got an email saying mine is repaired and shipped out today. They have had it for around 30 days.

i am not realy bothered how long it takes to be honest long as it works lol,i was about to sell it on ebay as broken,then ms said they would fix it even tho its out of warranty by 3 months.Gotta feel sorry for the people who sold theres on ebay as faulted when you can get them repaired now

Last time I phoned them up (about a week ago), there was a pre-recorded message before you even joined the queue saying not to bother to enquire about the status of your repair unless it's been over 25 days. It also said that they were looking to rectify the problem by the 15th July, so maybe you'll get it back sooner than 25 days time.

I'm bored without mine.
