360 Return Turnaround Time?

My 360 was taken away by UPS on monday after I got the 3 red lights. But I have had no email off microsoft or UPS, they just came to collect it and off they went. What is the usual turnaround on these consoles and how do I go about seeing when it will come? Phone MS or UPS?

I think the general turnaround time is something in the region of a week although I have heard of instances where it has taken less and instances where it had taken months.
 
My first 360 went to MS on the monday, came back to me on the friday.

My second 360 went to MS on the tuesday, came back the next tuesday.

MS will give you a ref number when you ring them, you can call them to find out how it's going, tho it will only go as far as telling you if they've recieved it/sent it back.
 
The first time where the problem was with the DVD drive I got a new 360, the second time where I had the 3 red lights they sent it back fixed. :)
 
Had a freezing problem with 360 after november update.
Also GOW disc was scratched by 360 sent it to ms.After a 7 day turnaround and a new 360 they say it's my fault gow disc is scratched? :eek: How i do not know but i am expecting a call back from microsoft as i have stated the console scratched the disc and i want a replacement.
