Firstly, apologies if I missed a thread like this, couldn't find much on the search i did.
Basically, my faithful 360 has just about given up. About a month back, it decided to freeze every time I switched it on, normally as I got into the game loading menu but sometimes on start-up.
I rang Microsoft, and was pretty surprised it costs £80 to repair, I was under the impression free repairs had been extended. But, apparently not for my problem.
To conclude, I want to get my 360 repaired for free, so I'm hoping this is a sign it's on its way out. If I keep attempting to run the machine will it eventually give me the three red rings?
