Your right mate there is a lot worse to come.

My mate has just fixed his 360 using a heat gun, i have just had a vid chat online with him and its working well so far, he had 3 red lights.

Mine is RMA'd for 3 red lights too :( Figured I'd let MS heatgun it ;)
