360 screenshots to PC

Is there an official and certified way to get screenshots taken in game, for instance like those taken in Dead Rising, PGR3 etc onto your PC?

Just wondering as it'd be great to have the PGR3 screenshots as wallpapers

PGR3 you can upload any photos you've taken, and then log onto the PGR3 website do download them.

You can't really, PGR3 is one of the few, that allows you to upload your photos to the internet.
